GREENROOM ENTERTAINMENT is Momentum TV’s UK-based feature film and television production house, established by director Nick Hamm. Greenroom developed and produced BBC’s comedy series OFF THE HOOK before launching into feature films.
In 2010, Greenroom produced KILLING BONO—loosely based on Neil McCormick’s 2003 memoir, it tells the story of young Irish rocker McCormick and his younger brother, attempting to escape the shadow of their school-friends U2. The film was directed by Nick Hamm for Paramount Pictures and starred Ben Barnes, Robert Sheehan, Pete Postelthwaite and Krysten Ritter.
In 2015, Greenroom went into production on THE JOURNEY, the story of the unlikely friendship between political adversaries DUP firebrand Dr. Ian Paisley and Sinn Feínn leader Martin McGuiness, starring Timothy Spall and Colm Meaney as Paisley and McGuiness respectively.
